Tadiwanashe Burukai-Matutu
Tadiwanashe Burukai Is a young woman whose passionate about girls and women. Her interests are in sexual reproductive health and rights, HIV and AIDS and minority groups. She is the co-founder and currently the Executive director of Womandla Foundation. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Development with University of Kwazulu-Natal. She holds a masters degree in development studies with GREAT Zimbabwe University , bachelor of social science honors degree in politics and public management with Midlands State University. Tadiwanashe has worked with different organizations and has led various leadership posts including working with SheDecides Global movement, Men Engage Alliance, Gender at Work, UN Women, Frontline AIDS, AVAC,Gates Institute, AYSRHR Global Roadmap for Action, AWID and other feminist oriented organizations. Tadiwanashe Burukai Has written numerous articles for various publishing houses and has been a part of international summits and forum as a participant, moderator and made various presentations. She is a Feminist with a strong passion for Community Engagement, Communications and Content development

A dynamic financial expert dedicated to making a difference , with a passion for numbers and a heart for empowerment, Tracy combines her financial acumen with a commitment to fostering positive change in the lives of women. Through strategic planning and innovative solutions, she strives to ensure every dollar invested translates into tangible support, breaking barriers and building brighter futures for women everywhere. A vibrant young Finance professional with a comprehensive focus on eradicating menstrual sanitation imbalances in vulnerable societies.

I am Molleen Manhede, a dedicated Sociology graduate passionate about social change and community development. Graduating with a degree in Sociology, I developed a deep understanding of societal structures, inequalities, injustices, and the dynamics of social change. This academic background laid the foundation for my commitment to addressing social issues and promoting inclusivity. Working with the WoMandla Foundation Trust as the Programs Manager for the past 4 years fulfilled my passion for advocating for gender equality, empowerment, and women’s rights in the community. This experience shaped my professional path and highlighted my staunchness to foster an environment that values diversity and inclusivity. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a remarkable ability to build networks, advocate for social change, and contribute to meaningful development projects. My efforts have been instrumental in advancing community welfare, promoting gender equality, and creating opportunities for underserved groups. Looking ahead, I remain committed to making a difference in the field of development work. With a strong passion for gender equality, and a drive to create positive social change, I aspire to continue shaping inclusive communities, advocating for marginalized groups, and contributing to sustainable development efforts.

I am Esinathi Zimanyiwa, a rising star in the field of social work. Having graduated from the Women’s University in Africa’s Diploma in Social Work program, I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Honours Degree in the same field. I’ve been actively involved in social work through my role as a project officer with WoMandla FoundationTrust. This experience, alongside my academic journey, has solidified my passion for social justice and my desire for a career that empowers others. Driven by a need to make a positive impact, my studies equip me with the knowledge and skills to navigate complex social issues. The Women’s University in Africa, known for its focus on women’s empowerment, undoubtedly shapes my perspective. It’s no surprise that I identify as an aspiring feminist, aiming to challenge gender inequality and advocate for equal rights and opportunities. With a strong academic foundation and a commitment to social change, I am poised to become a valuable asset in the social work sector. My name is Sarudzai Mufandarabwa, a dedicated Communications Officer at WomandlaFoundation. I am passionate about leveraging the power of communication to drive positive change and amplify the organization’s mission of empowering communities through sustainable development. With over 3 years of experience in the field of communications, I have successfully led numerous campaigns and projects that have increased awareness and engagement for our cause. My expertise lies in strategic communication planning, media relations, content creation, social media management, and public relations. I possess a strong skill set that includes crisis management, stakeholder engagement, storytelling, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, I hold certifications in digital marketing and nonprofit communications that have further honed my abilities in effectively reaching and engaging our target Through my work at Womandla Foundation, I have spearheaded campaigns that have resulted in an increase in online engagement and a growth in media coverage. Outside of work, I am deeply committed to environmental and social justice causes, which align closely with the values of Womandla Foundation. Through my work l have not only excelled in my roles but also inspired other facing similar similar changes.Looking ahead my vision is to continue making a meaningful impact in a project management advocating for inclusivity and accessibility in all aspects of my work.My determination to push boundaries and create positive sets.The stage for even greater accomplishments in the future.
